Cancellation Policy...

21 Days and above before the reserved date of stay, there is 80% REFUND of the paid advance amount.

11 to 20 Days before the reserved date of stay, there is 50% REFUND of the paid advance amount.

0 to 10 Days before the reserved date of stay or for reservation made for date of stay from 20th December to 10th January of any year, there is NO REFUND.

The number of days is based on the when, an e-mail regarding the cancellation of the reservation is received by us. The cancellation e-mail has to be sent to mathews@mariamholidays.com only. The refund will be made at the earliest by a crossed cheque, in favour of the guest, who made the reservation.
